Large Kitchen Workspace Fire Pit
The Space
Each area of the house has been intentionally designed to be an experience! We've kept as many of the original elements of the home as possible, as a nod to its 1870 origin. We've salvaged the original wood beam ceilings, oak floors and brick throughout.
Bedrooms
The primary bedroom features a soft natural light space with king bed, Leesa mattress, large dressing mirror, modern lighting, organic elements, comfortable linen sheets, antique wardrobe, yoga mat and blocks, closet and overall natural elegance.
The second bedroom is a moody, brick filled space with a queen bed, Leesa mattress, dresser and cozy linens. There is a TV located in this room for any movie watching upstairs.
Kitchen & Dining Room
Fully equipped and modernized with a nod to cottage living. The kitchen features brand new GE Cafe line appliances! It is fully stocked with all cooking appliances and spices you should need to make meals at home. Start your mornings by enjoying coffee from our Nespresso or French Press at the kitchen's corner table, or walk out to the back patio.

Our moody dining room features exposed wood beam and bricks as well as terracotta tiled floors. It includes a farm style table for intimate dining and playing games that is perfect for family dinners and discussions.
Workspace & Library
If you have to get some work done on your visit, or you are here specifically for work, our quaint upstairs workspace features a vintage desk offers, and natural light for your video chats with dependable high speed internet. It also features wall art from The Native One to help kick start your creativity.

Done with work for the day and time to relax? Grab a book from our 'Take a Book, Leave a Book' little library just around the corner or a yoga mat from the closet!
Bathrooms
The upstairs primary bathroom features a large custom tiled shower double vanity and large mirror. It is the perfect place to unwind from the day and pamper yourself. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer and make up towels are all provided. There is also a laundry closet conveniently located here, with washer, dryer, iron and detergent.

The first floor half bath features exposed brick, funky wallpaper and hanging mirror.

Living Room
The large living room is a cozy space featuring exposed original wood beams from the 1800s. It's perfect for watching a movie on the 50 inch TV, reading a book from our library upstairs or just hanging out with friends and family. There is an antique hutch filled with lots of board games available to you and a Marshall bluetooth speaker to fill the room with vibes of your choosing.
(Note: the fireplace is purely decorative and not functioning)

House Policies & Rules
-Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Because of our small cleaning team, early check-ins or late check-outs are rarely available. When possible, we do offer a complimentary one hour early check-in. Any earlier is available for $15 per 30 minutes. Door codes are sent an hour before check-in time.
-NO PARTIES- No parties are permitted and will result in immediate forfeiture of your rental.
-The home has a strict sleeping capacity of 5 people. If you've rented Dear Main to get ready for your wedding, more than 5 people are permitted in the home, but never more than 5 to stay over night.
-No pets are permitted inside the home with the exception of service animals or ESAs. We ask that thee arrangements are made prior to the booking.
If ANY house rules are violated and or broken, renters must vacate the property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and the house rules violation(s) may be met with additional charges.
-Overnight quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please remember that our neighbors are not on a trip or vacation. If enjoying the fire pit and outdoor space, please keep music and noise to a minimum. Any noise complaints from any neighbor will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and you will be asked to leave the premises.
-Any excessive damage to the home, furniture and/or other material objects associated with the property (inside or outide) will be subject to fines at the discretion of the owner/host.
-Professional photography or video for commercial use on the property of any kind are NOT permitted unless granted permission by owners/hosts prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and leave the premises immediately.
-No smoking of any kind or vaping is permitted inside the home.
-Home owners/hosts are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while on the premises. All guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
-Home owners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). If a lost item must be shipped, renters assume 100% of the costs of shipping.
-The home is not suitable for children, seniors or individuals with limited mobility. There are steep old stairs and both bedrooms are on the second floor. There are concrete sidewalks and a patio that access to the home, but please note that the parking area is all gravel.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation policy is strictly enforced, so please review BEFORE booking.
-Cancel 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
-Cancel 7-13 days before check-in for a partial refund.
-Cancel within 7 day of check-in results in no refunds.
